Purchased a couch with substantial deterioration. Talked with Supervisor, customer support and everybody explained the same:
- upon purchase - with collection - I waived all my return privileges including guarantees
- upon purchase - despite shop shipping - I will just trade them, can't obtain a complete reimbursement
- in my own situation, they flat-out declined to think about any treatments actually without researching my purchase or providing to examine the broken couch.
Each individual I talked with in the organization, practiced exactly the same scripted reactions above, that leads me to think this isn't a-one poor shop, but instead a corporate plan.
Obviously, I will prosecute them, or challenge with my charge card, however it is just a waste of time. I am just wishing this review-will assist the following individual from being offended out of this organization. Terrible, horrible customer support. Steer clear.
