Horrible customer service

I'm foolish again to buy a leather couch from Marlo this Christmas weekend! 10 years before, I bought a bedding from Marlo Furniture in Falls Church, their Chester cabinet came somewhat broken! I sent calls with no answers from their website. Used to do not need time for you to follow more and quit onto it

This season, I offered them another opportunity! I considered that terrible customer support but was attracted by their low cost anyhow. I purchased a large leather couch that their deliverymen can't provide into my children area. They don't eliminate gates! I needed to come back the couch but Marlo may cost A - 20% re stocking charge for an unwrapped product! They're unpleasant

DoN't spend your own time coping with them! You've to check out it like a money and bring problem just like you are to purchase your furniture in a fleamarket. When the deal is performed, issues are over!
