Not honoring 90 night trial

My spouse and that I bought a Tempurpedic bed from Ashley Furniture. The shop displayed ads using the 90 evening test marketed. We spoked concerning the test interval using the Assistant Supervisor of the shop who recommended us there is a "minimal charge" around $300 to come back the bed. After 30 days of the toughest rest we have ever endured within our lifestyles, we chose to make the most of the 90 evening test. (We Are not faulting Tempurpedic - they've an excellent item and support - It Is simply not for everybody). The Store-Manager at Ashley recommended us we had a need to contact Tempurpedic straight to make the most of the test period. Tempurpedic stated that because we bought from the store, that people had a need to undergo them. Upon time for the Ashley shop, the Supervisor recommended us the only thing-they might do was provide us a "store credit" and they never informed us something in regards to a 90 evening test. The amusing thing was, you could begin to see the advertising having said that "90 evening test" behind the Supervisor as he was informing people this! Upon the guidance of the Tempurpedic repetition about the telephone (who had been incidentally very useful), we've submitted a using the Better Business Office, and you will be calling our nearby Attorney-General to document a for fake ad if we don't get fulfillment over the following 2 times.
