My partner and that I bought a bed and boxspring set In The Dump in 2005. The collection included a complete 20-year guarantee.in 2007 we started to encounter issues with the bed. We submitted a claim in 2007 theu Haynes Furniture which managed all the statements and after six months we were informed The Dump today managed all their statements so we'd have to re-document our state. At that time it had been January where period were-submitted the state as directed. We submitted images, types, etc as requested to. Well it's currently October. We're still coping with this state. Each time we contact there's another justification why they're still running the state! Horrible customer support! A genuine waste of cash!
