Bought three (3) stools. Complete bill was roughly $900. All chairs arrived broken. Named Customer Support and remaining messages 10 occasions in two (2) months. No-return phone. Lastly waited half an hour and talked to CSR, who offered me email to ship pictures to. Current email address didn't work. Named back another six (10) occasions to her telephone and remaining messages. Lastly beginning calling round the organization randomly remaining messages with everybody. Lastly some sort men supplied me with Supervisoris # and that I quit a note on her. Another CSR named me back instantly.

During this period I also known as my Charge Card organization to request their help.

Within two (2) months of achieving CSR Supervisor, I obtained reimbursement to my charge card, without any directions regarding just how to return product. Quit serveral more communications after which two (2) months later they called back again to state advantages might get following day, that they did.

I've never been handled to terribly - I'd NEVER conduct business with this specific organization again. Worst web purchase I've actually been part of.
