On March 25,2007 I bought a sofa for my house bedroom. The sofa was shipped on or around 4/21/07. Following a short time of period the lock which kept the sofa from separating, smashed and also the sofa was separating when somebody might lay on it. We named Levitz and somebody was delivered to repair it. Lately the lock broke again and also the sofa began separating again.
I called Levitz and advised them of the and informed them I'd like this issue set again, or I do want to return the sofa (that will be still in new situation). I had been informed Levitz is certainly going through liquidation today and they'll not just NOT take a return of the sofa, however they won't repair it. We purchased this sofa on the Number Funds/No-Interest offer for 12 weeks. We've not yet created any funds since the 12 weeks aren't up yet.
I'm Levitz must consider the return of my couch and emptiness the cost offer or correct this purchase by repairing the sofa. The 12 months is likely to be up at the conclusion of January 2008 of course if the sofa isn't compensated at that time, in my opinion I should pay attention for that 12 weeks. With this specific condition within the contract, I actually donot wish to spend the curiosity for that 12 weeks, but don't have any additional option to obtain my sofa set or delivered. Iam simply searching for Levitz to exhibit some goodwill and stay behind their item, but Iam questioning using their liquidation and my 12-month cost contract if period allows me to become patient enough to get a remedy.
