I bought a mattress/boxspring, sheets, bedliner for almost $2000 on March 30. After it was delivered, I put the sheets on the bed. The sheets were too big for the mattress. I took the sheets back to Sleepys. Since they did not have sheets that would fit my mattress, I asked for my money back. The Sleepy's employee was very curt and rude. At age sixty, I should not have to put up with a employee that acts that way. I left the store very upset. I assumed that the matter would be taken care of since they had my sheets and all my contact information. Since I had not heard back from Sleepys and it is now May, I went to the store only to be told that I had to call Customer Service. I called customer service and was told customers can not return anything. I asked to talk to the customer services supervisor. I am waiting for a call now. Nothing can be taken back at any store. Anyone thinking of buying at sleepys should rethink it and buy anywhere else but sleepys. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Check out all the complaints on Sleepys online. I wish I would have done that. Hopefully this will keep someone else from buying from Sleepys and having a horrible experience also. I had planned on buying additional mattress for my extra bedrooms, but will definitely not be buying from Sleepys.
