Listed here is all of the grievances I've for Marlo Furniture:
-the salesman assured me that anything was in-stock and Okay for shipping
-the shipping day and time screen arrived, the provide men were over one hour delayed.
-they mounted and assesmbled the bed room furniture. Several scruffs etc. Not really a huge deal.
-it stand etc wasn't in good shape, therefore the driver stated that he is able to deliever it next wednesday.
-listed here is where the issue begins:
-my spouse was alone aware of only a little child (12 months old, who takes a large amount of attnetion etc)
-the shipping men were tremendous rude to her through the procedure.
-They unpacked anything within the hall and mounted anything within the space.
-my spouse examined on anything and proceeded to sign the documents.
-While my spouse was trying to start the doorway in order for them to abandon she observed a CLUTTER within the hall. Styrofoam mess everywhere.
-She questioned the driver to wash up, and also the driver stated, sorry about this and proceeded to depart, declaring that She currently Closed the paperwork, tough-luck for you personally.
-Our residence building billed me $150 to wash up like a GOOD for this chaos.
-I called the 301 customer support quantity to no increase that night attempting for that motorists to return and clear it-up, but cust support was THEREFORE rude. They served like they cared and maintained saying "somebody was correct downstairs and you will be up in another to wash up and look after the issue."
-Secure to express, no body every found repair this issue with no one at about the telephone might move me to some boss to keep in touch with somebody higher-up.
It was absurd customer support and unfortunately, that you simply have dropped me as your client for a lifetime.
