I bought furniture from Ashley Furniture (northern Brunswick) on May 21st. I needed my shipping at first of July. The main reason was I needed to surprise my child and her spouse by designing their new condo. Our child and her spouse are originating from abroad. At that time, used to donot understand the precise day nevertheless when i purchased the furniture I'd managed to get clear the shipping was to stay the start of July. Our sales associate explained that that's good and that I simply needed to contact per week before I needed my shipping. Then when the day of my child and her spouse's appearance was established, these were arriving on August 8th. I named Ashley Furniture. I named them on July 24th saying I needed my shipping on August 6th. That gave them an entire 10-day interval to provide my furniture. They explained it was not feasible before mid July. After I asked them by what occurred they stated they offered my furniture (that i taken care of currently) to another person. And today these were attempting to provide another personis furniture in my experience. I told them that I do want to reunite the furniture, which wasn't in my own ownership, and obtain my money-back since I had beennot setting it up promptly. I needed my cash back. However they demand that I'd get shop credit and also the furniture i purchase with that shop credit CAn't be sent to me after I need. I visited Ashley Furniture to keep in touch with the supervisor to determine the things they might do for me personally. I requested to keep in touch with the supervisor of Ashley Furniture (north brunswick.) The supervisor's name was Mileika. She was really rude. She kept moaning to be ill. Once we attempted to describe to her our aspect of the tale, she yawned as though not involved. She managed to get obvious by her steps, that she did not take care of her clients. Whenever we reported concerning the irresponsibility of her income affiliates who have been suppose to call-back and forgot. She managed her income affiliate by stating my income affiliate are extremely great, they always remember something or anybody. All of the affiliates at Ashley Furniture were really rude and mean. They did not take care of their clients and that which was handy for them.inform me this, could it be my problem they can't provide my furniture on the ten-day notice, despite the fact that they claim they require merely a week's notice. Possibly they provide my furniture promptly or I do want to return the furniture and stop my shipping. I don't wish to ANY STORE CREDIT from Ashley Furniture. I'm also disappointed by their support to actually visit them again.
