We requested our couch about the 28th March.
At a few months pregnant I believed that waiting 12 months to get a couch was a significant very long time, but once we were guaranteed from the wonderful supervisor available (that has today easily left for another shop and whose title CSL WOn't provide me) it never requires 12 weeks - they simply declare this in case there is some uncommon sad event that may wait production.
To place it moderately - he managed to get seem like it had been much more likely the shop might spontaniously combust than our couch be overdue.
We've now been informed our couch don't appear until Friday 9th September which is almost 15 months waiting.
I was guaranteed from the supervisor that, though there was an issue with my fund when I had simply transferred tackle, the purchase could be positioned on the 28th Goal however it was not positioned until 8th April! - 12 days later.
Regardless of how disappointed you're about any facet of your couch, CSL state on no account may they provide payment.
They gave the incredible clarification that there couches are therefore inexpensive (!) since they don't contain payment statements of additional client within the cost!
If youare pleased with operating the chance of not being pleased with your couch when it comes and being caught with-it without any reimbursement etc then proceed
There have been a lot of lies given to us although we requested our couch and today they've our money-they are simply not involved. It's our term against theirs and after numerous calls to Hq they nevertheless won't I would like to talk to a boss and WOn't get anyone to contact me back.
I've NEVER in my own life talked to some less useful Customer Support Helpdesk
To cut an incredibly long story quick - i'll never get anything from csl again and that i recommend anyone who values their sanity to do the same
