Customer service - samsung

I have been dealing with customer service for 1 week all i got was run

Around i would get one answer from one
another from another i would ask to talk
to the same person i was dealing with no
you cannot talk to that person. So long

Story short i have a new samsung washing
machine front loader that does not work
do not purchase anything from sears because if anything is wrong and you have to deal with service all you will get is a headache and phone ear for 2 hours
