My partner and that I bought a double bed collection on 9/27 in the Bed Large shop in Stonecrest (Lithonia). About the evening of the buy, the salespersons Al and Betty made us client satisfaction so far as obtaining what we desired and exercising a that will match our budget. Whenever we ultimately selected what product-we desired, and created the purchase of $1604.98, we were guaranteed by Al that people could be happy with our purchase and also the firm's customer support.

Shipping was put up for that following day, 9/28 (a Sunday morning). We were informed we'd obtain a phone in the shipping group atleast 45 minutes just before them providing the bed set-to our home. However they named fifteen minutes prior.

We examined the bed for deficiencies and defects and there have been plenty. Actually this bed charged us $1600.00 and was suppose to become fresh.By no means was it fresh. We did not acquire customer support until about 3 nights later-after calling and calling and lastly Robert Gray named us back stating he'd substitute the bed collection. We informed him that people did not need an upgraded, and we needed a return. They offered us the run-around for over per week simply because they did not wish to provide us our cash back.By today, 10/7, we still don't have our refund, they are playing games about picking up the mattress, and we are now in the process of the suit. Hopefully this never occurs to other people. Don't buy a darn point from their store!!
