Not honoring warrenty

I bought 2 couches at the start of the entire year as well as the warrenty. Our sofa had some milk dropped on it and that I required a technology emerge and clear it. He did and anfter he quit, it dried hard. Our sofa is incredible to check out and contact. I acquired a notice stating the sofa pillows may be changed. It's today september 19 which was july 13 this happeend and that I am still waiting. I named in on 7/25, on 7/15, and 8/16, and 8/21 asking concerning the standing, and am presently about the telephone together, on-hold on 9/19. Cant get something looked after, or may I obtain a repsonse
