I bought seat and a sofa in-May of 2004. The salesman pressed the guarantee on-US that restore or will substitute "any harm" about seat and the sofa. On May 27,2006 I observed peeling and breaking of the leather. I'd to hold back to contact concerning the guarantee until Tuesday since Friday was Memorial Day. Spot secure may be the guarantee support caught through Wickes Furniture and declined to support their guarantee which may to become possibly change the couches or to repair the couches. Many efforts tried to possess my phone to help me is returned by Wickes customer support. Telephone calls were never returned by them. I asked for Supervisors. They never delivered telephone calls, and so a preliminary criticism popped using the BBB. From the Wickes consultant, I obtained a telephone call on June 20 declaring that they can deliver out a specialist to judge my couches and help solve the warranty problems. I believed they may really come through. Wickes arrived on Tuesday to judge the couches. We were informed by them these went to return to us in 5 business days. Etc July 12 I required a standing, I'd not noticed from their store. They extended to express that it had been typical deterioration and refused the state whatever the proven fact that about the Spot Secure agreement it claims it addresses " ripping and breaking after twelve months." I'm today on the market to get a new sofa and certainly will NOT be likely to Wickes; neither may my parents, 6 siblings, 12 aunts and uncles, co workers, ex husband and his household, and my present in laws. Wickes must re evaluate their guarantee organization or they're likely to begin losing clients.
