The customer service representatives were very helpful and patient with me and my numerous calls. They were candid and went the extra mile to make sure they had the correct information and that I got all the help I needed. They even sent me swatches within days of my request. I was able to completely customize my chair.
When the chair arrived, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. I'm very happy with the company and I can't wait to do business with them again.
