My order took much longer than initially estimated, months in fact. The factory in China had relocated was the reason proferred. Delays followed delays. Nonetheless, Brian, the store manager, was helpful throughout, and went above and beyond to ensure the delivery took place at my convenience. It's important to remember that a lot of the items Inmod sells are priced at 25% of the 'original' or 'official' versions.
All in all I'm very satisfied with the quality of the chair I bought, though Inmod can do a better job of setting expectations and communicating problems.
