Worst experience ever. Bought Palliser Perspectives the surface of the point leather furniture from their website. Furniture was many weeks late, shipping was a headache, and also the seat had openings within the leather (in the manufacturer) plus they WOn't change it. Leather Shoppes claims Palliser may fix although not change it. I paid top-dollar FOR BRAND NEW furniture - not fixed furniture! This seat goes within the manufacturer moments section - not new area! Method to remain behind your items!!! Want I'd just purchased Natuzzi furniture instead.
