Defective piece of furniture

Simply wished to reveal, we've had terrible customer support using the Ashley Furniture shop on Woodlane Rd.in Mount Holly / Eastampton NJ.

We purchased a wine cupboard in Jan. And we could choose it-up the final week of Jan. 2007 and on Mom's Morning (only 4 short weeks later) the interiors collapsed— thank God my boy was not hurt since there have been broken wine-glasses and glass went all over the place. It might have now been worse it your wine containers had damaged! Our boy was resting in my own panel within the family room when it just happened— it surely frightened both people a great deal. Whenever we named Ashley Furnishings, they never once apologized or requested if my boy was hurt.

We finally got the item again today (6/9) after threatening to go to the Better Business Bureau— so that's what it takes to get someone to fix a defective piece of furniture that almost injured my 2 year old to ensuren?! When you have no-interest in praising your warrenty, then do not provide one.

I am so tired of what it required to obtain our furniture back: the telephone calls, the "we can’t discover any report of this purchase", the "well, that division simply went house, " the "well, we are really hectic nowadays and cannot allow you to, " and also the "simply abandon your telephone number and somebody will-call you back." (Huge shock, no body ACTUALLY named us back— after which to include insult to damage, the store-manager, Mike, informed us today he had previously examined using the factory and understood it had been mounted plus they “should have called.” Our point precisely.

My husband and that I simply visited get it plus they declare they set it— however the method they did it changes the look of the leading of the cupboard. Plus there is currently a large reduction within the aspect/back and also the ornamental nails are being released.

Imagine if it'd been a bigger furniture piece? (which was only a wine cupboard! Envision anything larger! Plus one we could not go backwards and forwards within our station wagon!)
