The owner is very rude and arrogant. Buyer beware of renting furniture from here or buying their stuff, unless you want bedbugs and roaches in your home.
After bringing home a couch we noticed a bug or two on/in the cushioning. I called and they said no way they have bugs because they had just exterminated last week. My question was why exterminate if you didn't see bugs to begin with? They told me to spray the couch inside by cutting a hole in the bottom. As instructed, I did, and there were hundreds of little brown bugs in there. Then I said no, I'm taking it back. They then wanted to charge me for the couch because I cut the bottom liner to spray in there as instructed.
Very rude and arrogant people who are out for one thing, money, any way they can get it. Just saying, stay away. These rent-to-own places are a huge scam anyway. If you are on a budget, you can save your money for 2 months and buy better furniture outright and save.
Do not rent from here, they have bugs for sure. Roanoke VA and Lynchburg stores.
