The Brick-NOT holding up on their word! Waiting 6 months now! - Oakdale Section with pull out bed

We bought a sectional about 6 months ago from the Brick. They ended up contracting Armstrong Movers to deliver it. When it came to my house, it was in perfect condition. The movers needed to bring it downstairs into our newly renovated family room. These drivers could not figure out how to get it down there (had they known how to do their job it wouldn't have been an issue) so they laid it on the stairs and pushed it down.By doing so, they ruined both sides of my walls along the stairs, tore off the trim at the end, tore off the carpet/floor transition strips, and destroyed the wood trim pieces all long BOTH bottoms of BOTH sectional pieces. They also never laid anything down to walk on, and left several big black footprints from their work boots all over my brand new cream colored carpeting. I made sure to take pictures to prove the damages that were done. Every second word out of these movers mouths were the f word. I have four children myself and am a home daycare provider. This was not okay. When they were done putting it together, my husband refused to sign off on the form that they left our home in the same condition as before they were here. They didn't! We didn't realize the damage done to the sectional until an hour later. We called the store immediately. We were given $100.00 off our sectional, and the price to rent a steam cleaner to clean the carpets. The stains DID NOT come out. They also sent someone to take a look at the damage to the sectional about two days later. He confirmed there was too much damage for it to be repaired and that they would need to order all new pieces. We were given an estimate of a month for the pieces to come in. Now 6 months later, we are still waiting. Neither of the two managers at the store have returned a single call in this time, even after about 8 or 9 messages left asking them to call us. We have gone in person to the store, and get the same run around as no manager is EVER available. We spent a lot of money there in this time span, and have never been more angry or frustrated as we are right now. I cannot get any response, and if this isn't dealt with soon, I will be going much higher up than through the company. 6 months is far too long!
