Wow, I normally go to Lowe's but they didn't have what I needed in their stores or online, so I was ultimately left with my last choice... Home Depot. I was quickly reminded why I never shop at this store!!! So, I order this push cart online to be picked up in the store the next day. I show up today to the service counter and the guy looks more than miserable that he even woke up this morning. He didn't say anything other than, what's your name? I gave him my name, and he looks at me and says what are you picking up? I said a push cart. So he turns around and goes further behind the counter and pulls out this cart. Ok so whatever, I looks like it does online, get my paperwork and leave... The whole transaction pretty much occured in complete silence. I get to my car and I put the cart in the trunk, and I'm looking at it... And something doesn't seem right. This dude literally just gave me the plastic cart and it's handle... No wheels, no connectors, just the flat bed part and push handle... REALLY!?!? So I go back in quickly bypassing the miserable soul, and some associate asked if I needed help, I explained my situation, and I could tell this wasn't normal by the pure fact that his left eyebrow was pretty much in his hairline when I told him it didn't even come with wheels! He kindly showed me where the carts were, and of course they were in the garden area covered in dirt and spider webs... Awesome, this just gets better every passing second. Ok so THESE carts are wrapped in plastic shrink wrap, with a label oh and don't you know all of these have wheels and the connectors! The one I received wasn't even packaged properly... Nor did it come with a label from the manufacturer! The associate even carried it out to my car for me, not that I couldn't handle a 7 lb. Collapsed push cart. So thank you to the associate that felt my pain and clearly also felt it was unacceptable to hand me merchandise that shouldn't even be on the floor! Never again will I stray away from Lowe's!!!
