I was a customer for about a year or so; then I was told about a company where I could get two carts for my money so I decided to switch. I called and informed them that at the end of the month I would have a new service and arranged the cart pick up the woman threatened me that if the cart wasn't there when they picked it up she would charge me $150.00- I asked her why it wouldn't be there as it was every week?
Well low and behold they picked up their cart and I continued recieving bills -for the cart that we video taped them picking up. I called and the woman said when we got there to pick up the cart it wasn't there. WELL I let her know that I had video taped the carts pick up after she threatened to charge me $150.00 and said sounds like you're running a shady operation there-because I taped you getting your cart and of course she told me I wouldn't be getting any more bills - GO FIGURE but it still doesn't make it right. THESE people are RIPOFFS and I'm sure this SCAM works well BUT ITS WRONG!!!
