I placed this order a month ago, ZooStores has been unable to ship it, but they charged my credit card. I have attempted to contact ZooStores on multiple occasions and have been unable to get any response. I tried calling. The website said that the hours are M-F 7:00 A.M. To 7:00 P.M. Pst. It is 2:54 P.M. PST and the voice mail stated that the service center is closed.
