I put the original call into TransGlobal for our couch which stopped reclining. It was during the holidays, so they said it would take a week or so to get a technician to look at it. Two weeks later the rudest man I've ever met comes in looks at the couch for 2 minutes and leaves, saying he would file his report and I would hear from TransGlobal. Two weeks later I receive a message saying the warranty was declined because I tried to fix it. I called back and disputed this, stating the reason I bought the extended warranty was so I didn't have to fix it. I was told the matter would be re-opened and a new technician would come out. I am still waiting for this new technician and it was been 4.5 months since my original call. I can't even get a hold of a supervisor to escalate because of their policy. I am out of options and out of furniture.
