I ordered Levelor window blinds from a local home improvement store on March 16. I got a call the next day from the store telling me that UPS would be delivery the blinds on March 28th. Perfect timing for Easter weekend.
On Wednesday, March 27th I got an voicemail from UPS wanting to set up a delivery time. I called UPS and left two voicemails regarding delivery for the next day. No return call from UPS. I called UPS again on Thursday morning (delivery day) and was informed that delivery would not happen that day! The soonest delivery would be Monday, April 1st (not a funny April Fools joke).
Many phone calls later and I am to receive delivery tomorrow (Friday, March 29th). Now you want to hear the kicker, UPS can't delivery to my house as I live at the end of a dead end street and the truck can't get down here... So now I have to CARRY FOUR LARGE BOXES from the corner of my street! Unbelievable.
