I am inquiring about my order of a bed (order number 25616).. This is about the 5th time I've had to request an update from the company because I have no received an email nor is there anywhere I can get an update.
I made the order on 2/11. The estimated ship date was the 18th. Then I was told the ship date was either yesterday or today (what does that even mean, how would the company not know). If it did ship today, why did I not receive any email that my order shipped? When will my order arrive? What is the tracking number? I need to set up a time in my condo to use the elevator. This is not a simple process where I just open my garage and let you in.
I'm pretty dissatisfied with my overall inmod experience. I really liked other things on the website, but given its terrible service and minimal to lack of communication, I don't think I will spend any more money on inmod. I am not as upset by the delay but more upset by the lack of updates and disclosure. How hard is it to follow up with an email???
