I ordered some christmas gifts from pottery barn online. I did order them with monograming and it was around 12 items. Let me mention that i did order them in the first week of dec. 2 weeks pass and I'm curious to see when my items will arrive. Well i was informed that not only were my items NEVER processed but that i will now have to wait another week or so if i wanted them to be monogramed. So i waited. Still no product. I called back and apparently there monograming dept was behind and they didn't know if my things would make it in time. So i asked to get my money back and they told me that they only do store credit. So were talking around 250 and i had to use them all in their store... Which i feel is ridiculous. I think customer service was great but they really need to get it together because that unacceptable especially since they were still announcing that it would still make it on christmas as long as it was order by 12. Lies.
