I put an order online for many furniture products for sale. I'd been having some issues working the web site: signing out and in, incorporating delivery details to my consideration and finishing the purchase. I ultimately solve the problems somehow, however the delivery address was transformed to my billing address. This could imply that my carpet, duvet and ledge among other activities could be sent to a P.O. Package.

I quickly contact the organization by mail requesting the handle be transformed. I obtained an answer from Kristin Ripley declaring the purchase CAn't be changed when it's been finished, and provided chancy promises that did not include any motion on her portion. She continued in a number of sentences to ultimately suggest that the problem is just a consequence of my own personal mistake. Not just did her reaction provide small to no aid at-all, but she overlooked to deal with the issues using the site or any trouble caused in my experience. I replied indicating my disappointment with this specific encounter, and he or she responds declaring that she's terminated my purchase! I've read some very poor evaluations before, but I Have never experienced something similar to this. All I needed was to get what I requested wherever I will quickly get it and today because of this terrible CSR representative I will not be getting something. The support is horrible, te site is just a headache. I need one to steer clear!
