I recently bought a leather sectional in the Cindy Crawford point in the Raymour and Flanigans in Clifton Park NYC plus a bunk bed for my child, the sales team was exemplary and assisted me in most method possible, but that's where the 5-star companies finished. We'd them deliver the furniture to the new area in another condition and several of the items were broken and lost components, which was nearly a few months before, I had been available to operating the problems out in numerous methods, after repeated efforts to get hold of them-and never having the ability to achieve anybody with the capacity of managing the problems and waiting months to get a call-back, an area furniture restoration organization sent somebody that ostensibly created things worse. Subsequently an effort was designed to substitute the items and that which was shipped was a catastrophe the items where in worse situation than what I'd, it's been nearly 3 months and we're still waiting to possess this solved. Raymoure and Flanigan could get the cheapest quality feasible in my own guide, their customer support has become the toughest I've previously experienced. I don't declare this gently when I have possessed a company and that I realize that things occur however it is for that insufficient customer support following the purchase that I'd not purchase something from their website again and wouldn't motivate other people to do this both.
