I named Hungry Howies to get a cost on the big purchase. I usually request my whole, and so Iam organized once the pizza is shipped. While shipped, I had been provided a cost of $15.00 significantly more than initially mentioned. Since we were having an event, I handled the problem 24 hours later. I went straight into Hungry Howies with my bill and requested for that supervisor. Their first reaction was "what would you like?" I told him that there is an error or misunderstanding with my statement. From there he turned rude, noisy and just plain unpleasant. Never once did I increase my speech, declare or react rudely. I actually donot manage items that approach. I had been completely surprised with this specific supervisor's reaction, as he turned furious and accused me of "arriving and being rude" I did so inform him that I had been by no means being rude (if which was rude...) but merely desired to tackle the problem. He declined to hear-and provided me nothing. After I quit, I mentioned our only option was to consider our company elsewhere, and his reaction was "THAT'S GOOD!"
I can not think a so-called supervisor might behave the way in which he did. This is really bad customer support. Clearly, he doesn't benefit his clients, since to speak the way in which he did in my experience, would likely generate customers elsewhere.
