My husband and I went in to this TACO BELL, placed our order. When we got our order we did not get one of the items that we ordered and paid for. This item was listed on our receipt. My husband took tray and all back up to the counter. No one was there to assist him. I noticed that the young lady who had taken our order was over in the cornor of the dining area. She was bent over a table and it looked like she was kissing a some young man who had been and was still sitting there when we left. He gave her what looked like a valentines day card. At that time I hollered over to her saying 'excuse me mam' and nodded that my husband was waiting to be waited on. She returned with a not so nice look on her face. Another lady working in the back finally brought my husband the cheese roll up that had been missing from our order. I was shocked to see her hanging over the young man, wondering if he was going to be in there the whole time she was working. The young lady working for store number 024684 a d employee number 7880 should be made aware that work and pleasure do not go together.
