I purchased $50.00 gift-card for Black Angus. I subsequently discovered these were closed-in Modesto and also the nearest Black Angus was a-2 hour drive-away. I attempted to switch Dark Angus for Olive Garden and was informed from the Safeway store they wont trade giftcards. I had been advised to call 1 800-safeway plus they might provide me a return. I named that quantity and was informed to contact Stephanie at 1 800-382-3852 ext 6402 at Black Angus and he or she is this type of nice woman she'd look after my issue. I've named many times and all I get is just a concept device. This can be a horrible rip-off by Safeway and really should not be patronized. Why don't you promote gift-cards for Florida Resturants in California. That would be a larger rip-off. I'll never purchase at Safeway again and certainly will desire all friends and relatives to look at Save Mart and Raley's
