I made 1 order to this company through an internet advertisement. As I understood it, each customer would receive 1 order of coffee per month. I received my first order and tried it. I have to admit that the coffee was wonderful but then I began receiving an order a week instead of each month. Due to the fact that this company had to have a credit card number in order to send the original order they were able to keep sending the following orders and get paid straight out of my checking account. I received each order without any information as to how much I was being charged for each shipment. The only was that I was able to get the information as to what I was being charged was by going to my bank and having them check. Seattle Coffee Direct will also only take customer calls to get information from them Monday through Friday from 10 A.M. To 6 P.M. Since my order also shows up in the mail late on Friday afternoon and I don't usually even know that it is here until after 6 P.M. I am then "conveniently unable" to get a phone call to Seattle Coffee Direct until Monday and by then I have usually forgotten that I need to try to find time during the daytime to contact them. I won't forget this Monday. This was not only a scam with advertisements on the internet, it it also very poor customer service.
