False advertising and misrepresentation ripoff

I responded to an Internet add indicating you would recieve a free coffee grinder and a sample of Seattle Coffee for $9.99, When I received it the handling and shipping were $25.00. This was not mentioned anywhere in the ad.

Then instead of receiving coffee once a month as promised, I have been getting shipments every 2 weeks. I have notified Seattle Coffee but continue to receive coffee which I now return unopened.

If not illegal it is definitely misleading and sneaky.
