Shut down of registers for over thirty mins

Was consistent with all my products were prepared to be scanned once the supervisor arrived by to request us to maneuver to join up 10 again we waited without any cashier thenthe registers went off-line some how plus they couldnt repair them-they didnt know hoe. Then in the end that waithing the supercisor returned and requested us to maneuver back again to registers that people originated from. The point in those days had developed lengthy then when we shifted back again to the very first register we wound up in the back of lets say thirty individuals and askked the cashier and boss why we'd to make the journey to the finish of the point all he explained was he couldnt do something about this. That fixed me down so poor.
