Empty cans of Sierra Mist in 12 pack

I've usually drank Pepsi items but on August 07-08, I bought Many 12-packs of Pepsi and Serri Water at Walmart in Pembroke, NC, while eliminating the Sierra Water in the carton I came across 3 empty containers and 1 may that seemed to be overfilled. The amount about the base of 1 the containers says as December 15 08

The container carton wasn't moist or seemed to have now been moist anytime. No-holes were located on the containers or were the tabs sprang. I've been a passionate lover of Pepsi, however it is unfortunate whenever you just obtain a third of that which you have bought.

I am aware that things occur, but this will have now been discovered inside your quailty check. Dissapointed,
