Poor customer service

I visited Vons at about 8pm on the Saturday evening. I just needed to get about 6 issues. I believed this could be considered a quick getaway. After I contacted the checkout there have been two lengthy lines. I searched for additional checkouts using the light on. I searched for that 15 product or less point. The only real outlines open were the client support line and also the 15 product or less point. Each point had atleast 14 people inside it. This isn't my concept of ways to get people inside your shop. I waited an extremely very long time to checkout. My partner was within the vehicle awaiting me since it was said to be an extremely fast getaway. I experienced the incorrect long-line since the checker in my own point was coping with what appeared food stamps. She'd several in her palm and was searching items up in a guide. After I eventually achieved her in the checkout she appeared tired. She did ask me how I had been. I also requested her how she was. She explained, "understand this point. Plus they wont get us more aid." I recognized her disappointment. I worked retail previously. It's the folks working immediately using the community that consider the impact when corporate chooses to create cuts.

I've always preferred Vons but when this proceeds I'll consider my company another stop in the future wherever there appears to be lots of workers accessible and there's never over 3 in-line.
