Radio Shack/Virgin Mobile Phone
Not able to exchange or return money

I visited a Radio Shack in Deer Park Tx (shop #018246) on December, 24th and bought an HTC telephone with Virgin Mobile. After just getting the telephone 1 week I chose to trade it since I had been needing to several issues with it to quickly! The issue that I'm having using the telephone is the fact that it kicks me out when I’m texting, on facebook, on terms, ect. As well as atone place the entire display went dark then it change grey like snow flakes. After I delivered to Radio Shack last Sunday (December. 1st) the supervisor WOn't trade it since I didn't possess the container with me. I told him that at that time of the purchase it required the worker more than 30 units to trigger the telephone. The shop was so hectic he was returning and forth with me along with other clients. He held the container since he held applying it to check the sequential amount of the container because he was having issues to trigger it. While he ultimately activated it he offered me the telephone to call out to ensure it had been triggered, which in the same period he was assisting another client out. After I was ultimately ready to call out I advised him that it had been triggered and thanked him and went out. The worker never return the container in my experience and that I didn't recognized it till I return the next week.

I had been really upset in the proven fact that the supervisor wasn't ready to assist me. Their instant react to anything I told him was he wasn't ready to complete something since I have didn't possess the container. After I repeatedly informed him that it had been his workers mistake not mine he held the container! Their reaction again was he required the container! It amazes me that after just one week of purchase with my bill available that which was not adequate to switch the telephone. “Especially because the worker held the container! ” another thing must have been completed in his account to support me! I don’t experience I ought to purchase the shops errors! Your instant reaction to this issue is valued!
