While my Primary TV stopped to function, a phone for their support division led to a declaration the handle container must be changed plus one could be delivered in my experience. Nothing was described that delivery a container might create a new agreement. Once the container came also it was mounted, the low-party problem continued. Another telephone call created something representative who later decided that there is nothing wrong using the initial container (some rewiring required) and also the initial container was reinstalled. I requested the support representative how to proceed using the fresh container and he responded "maintain it." I shifted later to some complex that didn't allow drives therefore I ended support with Direct TV. They've charged me $400 for termination.

To be able to preserve support, Direct TV boats containers even when needless so that they might cost extra costs.

Watch out for Direct TV.
