I purchased a rim Telephone (8520 bend) on July 3rd, Triggered it for that very first time on March 6th and also the telephone got dead-on October 7th. I visited the shop from wherever I purchased the rim on April 8th. They explained that they can need to deliver the phone towards the rim Service-Center, and also the procedure works quicker easily move there myself. I visited the Rim Service-Center exactly the same evening (March 8th) at Lajpat Nagar. They offered me a DOA (deadonarrival) certification and explained that I will display this towards the seller and he is able to change it. They stated that I'd must have the container of course if I dont have it then I'll need to seek advice from the seller regarding how he is able to change it.

I'm being unnecessarily stressed from the retailer. At that time of purchase, the retailer never stated about maintaining the container with me in case there is something going wrong using the telephone, to get a substitute.
