Took my money and never delivered product

I ordered 2 tablets from these people on September 28th and they were to be shipped in 3 to 4 weeks. When they had not shipped I called and whoever I talked with said they were held in customs and we wold receive it by Thanksgiving or before. On the 19th I tried calling and they were closed and closed every day after. When I started looking online on the 27th I found others like me
