On December 3, my son ordered a pair of Air Jordans from their website, MyAirJordans.com. I received an e-mail Subject line: Order Confirmation from Innovative Marketing which was a receipt from, "[email protected].
When I went to their website and tracked my merchandise all it said was it was being processed and that it had been paid for. Yes it had been paid for because I checked the bank and it was.
The receipt also stated that it would take 10-14 days to be shipped out. When I went back to the website on December 18, it still said the same thing. So I e-mailed them stating where was my order. But the e-mail was returned with a website not found.
I sent another e-mail and the same thing. I have been trying to locate this Innovative Marketing but there are too many websites. I believe I got ripped off but the thing is that on the receipt it had all my information even the credit card number which striked me strange. Now I have to wonder are they going to charge on my card again. Or how do I locate these people? I know they have Ripped me off.
