I came online to do a search for J. Cross Marketing direct marketing/subscription merchant, and this is ALL I could find. Our debit/visa has had BOTH the $58.06 AND the $39.80 withdrawn. NOBODY called us, mailed us, NOTHING.
We found found out these two charges were on our account and all it says is J. Cross Marketing direct marketing / subscription merchant. No 800 number or anything else. We knew NOTHING of this company prior to this incident.
