Ripoff This company will charge you shipping fee even if they send you a defect product Salem Oregon

I bought a electric cook top at this website. I tried to use it the same day when I received it. However it was not working. All the temperature light will not show and there was no way the temperature could be changed. I returned the product to the company. They refused to give me a full refund. So I have to pay shipping charges both ways.
