I purchased a restored Television. It came damaged also it was apparent they had delivered it that way because the container I obtained it in was not broken by any means. Customer Support was enjoyable but definitely ineffective. Techsupport was non existent. Cust. Serv. Explained to contact RCA support however they could not help me both. I eventually only delivered it back utilizing their RMA. It has been fourteen days and that I've delivered many communications and havenot noticed something... I'venot actually been informed they obtained the return.
