The Hiddencamera Speakers w/Saving (DVR) didn't function. I put a phone to customer support. They might not assist me and explained to get hold of the maker. I did so. The maker needed me togo through significantly more than I considered required.installation shouldn't be this challenging. I obtained an RMA for the product and another that I however was cheaply-made and delivered them instantly. These were within the same container after I delivered them. I obtained a credit for that minute item although not the speakers. They stated the speakers were in a broken container. The container was in exceptional situation after I shipped it by UPS. I obtained the speakers back 24 hours later by FedEx - for the reason that broken container. I got images and declined the bundle. I've quit three communications having a supervisor at BrickHouse and also have not yet obtained a return phone.

I've submitted a of the costs through my charge card business. Oh, plus they charged me about the return bundle of the speakers within the broken container, that we am also arguing!
