I was extremely disturbed when I moved into an area that had no coverage. I have been loosing business daily. Their service in the Santa Monica area is disgraceful. After talking with numerous representatives their best offer was A free month. Not taking any notice to the fact that I have a business, and a free month doesn't mean anything to customers that can not reach me.
I refuse to pay the 200.00 to terminate a faulty product. I have spoken to a lot of T-Mobile customers that are also dissatisfied and live all over the country. Please email me and lets get T-Mobile to honor their product. Thank You.
