Back in July, I ordered 3 specific Bulbs are are made for lighting up a system of lights around our pool.
Everything was smooth until I received a package from Bluestar only to find the product inside was not even close to what I had ordered. (See picture)
I tried to contact the company over the course of a week via: Email and Phone however; nobody ever picked up OR called back OR emailed back.
It was at this point, I contacted the BBB and they investigated. Shortly there after I finally received an email saying I needed to send the wrong items back (on my own dime) and they would promptly send out the correct ones.
I shipped overnight from Canada to New York, and got confirmation they were delivered and signed for by a "K. Karn".
From this point, I was told the correct blubs were sent to me on Aug. 8th 2012 however, I sit here today August 25th with nothing.
