Bought a new phone from verizon, wake up alarm did not work, took phone back within 14 day warranty deadline. Salesagent pressed a in a few numbers and said to try it again. Whent back 2 moore times cause would not work proprerly, each time was sent home to try it again. Finaly on 4th return I requested a new phon per their warranty caontract, they refused because it was passed their 14day return policy. Contacted mybullfrog.com as I was told to per customer agent, had to leave message with Help desk at mybullfrog as they would not let me speak with a supporvisor. M ade contact with them 2 times, and it has been 2 months and still no return phon call. Got back responce from rebate center and was refused 50$ rebate because phone was a refurbished phone and not a new one.
