Sabotage - HP desktop compute

I took my computer in to Best Buy to have it fixed for the second time. I bought the computer from Best Buy. I had the motherboard replaced in August. Well it crashed again and it was to be sent to Hp, but after 4 days they decided to do it in house. We asked when they were done installing the motherboard if we could load our own restore disks on our comp and they said yes. Well we picked up the comp, but never looked at the reciept untill we got home. It said customer wants to load their own recover media, we will no longer provide tech support. We tried to load our discs and they would not work. It said Your system does not support this recovery disc. Well we called HP and they sent us the discs for this comp and they would not work either. So I would assume Geek Squad made it so we could not load our windows 7 program on it anymore. We Paid close to $900.00 for this comp and the monitor that we bought seperatly. Now our warranty is no good which they did not tell us this was going to happen if we loaded our stuff on it. So now what!!! This is a HP Pavillion P6510Y desktop computer. Service order # 00548-968917086 The first set of numbers is the store number.
